Who we are

rimoto.app is run by Rimoto Ltd. (“Rimoto”, “we”). For any privacy question, email hello@rimoto.app.

What we collect

Only what you type into the briefing form: your full name, company, work email, what you are deciding and your preferred language. You are not legally required to give it, but without it we can’t reply.

The site uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking, and its fonts are served from the site itself. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange a briefing and continue any correspondence you choose to have with us. We won’t send you marketing without your consent, and we don’t sell your information.

Who receives it

Your request is emailed to Rimoto’s inbox through Cloudflare. It is stored with our hosting and email providers, some of which operate outside Israel, and is not passed to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the correspondence is needed for our business relationship. We delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it. Email hello@rimoto.app.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page.
